    Hi @AzureisMyCareer-5423 ,

The best way to monitor a VMs CPU Utilization would be through Log Analytics. Log Analytics allows you to query and visualize metadata for your VM. You can attach the Log Analytics agent to your VM here. There is no cost for the agent itself and this is a better way to view data such as CPU Utilization than to look at the raw logs. A tutorial for setting up Log Analytics can be found here.

If you don't want an extensive Log Analytics platform and are only looking for a onetime judgement of your weekly CPU Usage you can find that on using Azure Portal on the VM itself. Simply select the VM, then on the Overview blade select Monitoring and then the CPU Graph.

    Fast and easy way:
In the Overview page of the VM click on Monitor:

    Click on the CPU diagram

    Download the Metrics to Excel.

The second option is to use Log Analytics:

Collect data from an Azure virtual machine with Azure Monitor

    Maybe this is helpful.
