Microsoft Power Apps Plan 2 Trial, SQL database

I just registered my Azure portal, and started the Microsoft Power Apps Plan 2 Trial subscription. I now have on Tenant and I get options to create something - f.e. a SQL database - , but whatever I do, I keep returning to the page where I need to start the same subscription.

See screenshot. I click on "create database", then I go to a page with only the 3 blue squares and the only option is to "starten" a new subscription and that leads me to the generic MS-page about Azure free subscription where I need to login

I just found a page where I think I need to link the subscription to the tenant (?) but it says I do not have permissions (I'm global administrator, the only account) to show subscriptions. I created the subscription earlier with this account.

"Your current access does not include permissions to view any subscriptions."
