Query in Rule Wizard

Under the Rules wizard, i see the rule "except if my name in To or Cc" is a cumulative of the two rules - "Except where my name is in the To box" and "except where my name is in the Cc box". Pls. confirm if my understanding is correct.

    To answer your question,
    yes it may work as a combination of these two exceptions.
    (While may not work for Bcc scenarios)
