No. There is an inherent issue with Windows 11 and even the latest update caused the right click to be slower and many users are complaining about the BSOD. W11 likes to use animation of sorts and you can tweak as much as you want, you can't get rid of it.
When I boot up, my right click is slow on desktop icons and folders up to 8 seconds. On average it's about 2.5 after I fist right click on an icon or folder.
Windows 7 had no lag. I can't say about Windows 8 or 10 as I went from W7 to W11. I also have a laptop with 32 GB RAM.
Deleting registry entries without knowing why and the consequences is just terrible advice. Don't do it!
