Cannot access Azure - Error 53003

I am getting the following error when I try and login to the Azure Portal

You don't have access to this
Your sign-in was successful but you don't have permission to access this resource.

It was working fine when I was in Ireland, but I am now back in Canada and I have no luck, no matter what device or computer I use.

It seems to be associated with Conditional Access Rules, but I cannot get in to Azure to see them. Also, my subscription has only one account, me; so I cannot login with another email address.

Can anyone help, or do I need to contact Microsoft to wipe my account and start again???

    Error 53003 is a Conditional Access error:

    I would suggest contacting Microsoft Support using the number for your region from here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

    They will be able to give you access again providing you can prove ownership of the account.

    Error code 53003 in teams is due to a conditional access policy. Consult with the business' IT administrator to check for Azure Conditional Access Policies applying to you and your account.
