Looking for RoboCopy GUI and RichCopy

I was troubleshooting somebody else's computer and needed to back up their files while excluding some stuff. Microsoft used to put out a free utility called RoboCopy GUI that helped setting up the parameters for robocopy and made it easier to copy/paste pathnames when setting up a complex command where you need to exclude things like most of AppData.

Yet I couldn't find the download link on Microsoft's site or the Microsoft Store. I kept getting taken to links to this article or the link in said article:

https://download.microsoft.com/download/f/d/0/fd05def7-68a1-4f71-8546-25c359cc0842/utilityspotlight2006_11.exe

There was a utility called RichCopy that was supposed to replace RoboCopy GUI that might have worked, but again I got dead links.

https://download.microsoft.com/download/f/d/0/fd05def7-68a1-4f71-8546-25c359cc0842/hoffmanutilityspotlight2009_04.exe

Could somebody point me where I could get a copy of these utilities? Maybe there's an updated version.

I know that RoboCopy GUI works just fine on my Windows 10 computer, although I haven't tested it on Win11 nor have I tried Rich Copy in the last decade, mostly because I'm satisfied with RoboCopy GUI.

The problem is that I wanted it when I was working on somebody else's computer, and I had turned my computer off, so there was absolutely no way to access the installer stored on my old Windows 7 computer.

I tried asking on Answers.microsoft.com and they sent me here.
