Hello,
I added custom domain to my azure cdn endpoint and when enable https it stuck at domain validation step from yesterday I'm waiting for email.

I would check if the CNAME record has propagated to other DNS servers via https://mxtoolbox.com/CNAMELookup.aspx
It may take up to 48 hours for DNS records to change. I would check in a couple of days.

I understand that your custom domain validation is pending for Azure CDN.Please note that custom domain validation and HTTPS enabling are two distinct steps.
Add a custom domain to your endpoint
Configure HTTPS on an Azure CDN custom domainTo configure HTTPS , the custom domain validation should have been passed.
- I believe that you are trying to use a CDN managed certificate and not your own Certificate - Correct me if I am wrong here.
- I believe you are using Azure CDN from Microsoft and not Akamai or Verizon - please confirm
- May I ask if the domain is already mapped to the CDN EndPoint or not?
- If not, you should have received an email. Please check the spam folder once again.
Also,
- Can you please check if the custom domain properly resolves to the CDN EndPoint using dig interface?
- Please add the below mapping on your DNS manager,

Between the time of my last post and your reply, the Domain has been verified and Https certificate has been submitted.
- I didn't receive any verification email, even with my cloud flare email forwarding and the catch all rules applied. I believe this is an issue I'll have to bring up with the cloud flare team-
However,
This solution is working without Proxy from Cloud Flare, Once I enable proxy the web request will not be completed, as it states this domain requires https.
I'm fairly new with hosting, mapping and controlling DNS in this method, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I am glad the certificate has been issued.
I see that you are using Azure CDN behind a proxy and the requests are not passing through.
The ideal approach here is to,
- Check the Proxy logs and see what is the error code returned from CDN.
- Enable Diagnostic logs - CDN and see what is the HTTP Code returned from Azure CDN
- Make sure the Proxy is forwarding HTTPS requests to CDN and not HTTP.
- Enable HTTP in your CDN endPoint and access the endPoint through the proxy, with HTTP and see if that works. (to make sure if HTTP works)
