Whenever I recreate a domain user profile and login with new profile. That particular user profile will have Start menu, Search Bar freeze/doesn't work and MS Office Sign in issue.
I am sure that I have recreated the profile correctly, I have done it many time. But lately I am facing such issues.
Not sure whether issue is with domain User GPO settings or machine GPO settings or the OS or any other...

Hello there,
Check the Auditing object access policy in AD.
It must be not configured or no auditing to let the start menu work.
