2) Contact the University's IT Department to reset your Multi-factor Authentication method.

Hey there!
I'm having trouble opening my university account in outlook. My phone had to be reset and don't have a backup. I keep trying to log in the mobile authenticator but both alternatives are requiring me to open the authenticator.
I tried it on the laptop too, to no avail. I wanted to ask a question and couldn't without an account so I used my other one.
Could I please have help with this?
