A UWP app has been in the store a quite a few years and working well. I am trying to publish an update. The code change is minor. The major change is probably that target Windows 11. I also updated some NuGet packages. Everything still works fine with the debug version. When I try to build a package for publishing or run the release version, I keep getting the following errors:

2022-12-19T13:08:06.6+00:00 You probably noticed the directory name Xamarin. I would say this app is unrelated to Xamarin.
It is the UWP project of a Uno Platform solution. It uses a Uno class library that is a part of this solution. The library builds fine. The app does not use Xamarin.
I downgraded the target back to Windows 10 (Build 19041) and the problem remains. I wonder if it is related to some NuGet package updates. Here are all its NuGet packages:

2022-12-19T15:44:36.097+00:00 I restarted VS a couple of times to no avail. I restarted the PC, then ran VS as the only application running on a PC with 32GB RAM, but the result is the same.

2022-12-20T02:42:45.87+00:00 @Hong Microsoft Q&A do not support questions that using UNO since it is a third-party tool. Just talk from UWP side, please try to create package that directly use native UWP project to see if the issue remains. And try to keep the project and library are targeting the same version.

2022-12-20T04:54:07.413+00:00 I have not tried that. I am trying to learn the references. The debug version still works flawlessly. The release version build generates the following error:
Package.appxmanifest : error APPX0703: Manifest references file 'Microsoft.Graphics.Canvas.dll' which is not part of the payload.
Package.appxmanifest : error APPX0703: Manifest references file 'Microsoft.Web.WebView2.Core.dll' which is not part of the payload.I do not understand why. If required references are missing, the debug version should be compiled successfully.
