    Hi,

    Microsoft has revealed it’s pushing ahead with changes to the Windows 10 Start menu.

    This teaser video shows some of the visual changes users can expect to see in future builds of Windows 10.

    So this taskbar layout is still under development which can't be applied.

    Hello,

    The taskbar layout shown in screenshot might be under development.

    So you may expect it roll out in future releasing builds/versions of Windows 10. Then you can simply apply and make your taskbar exactly like this.
