Logic Apps: Recurrence is not working on Sunday

I have set up a an Azure logic App with the following recurrence:
However, I see it hasn't been triggered last Sunday 18th of December.
Could it be that this is a bug in Azure Logic Apps?

As per the screenshot on 18th Dec only first run 00:30 AM was executed. Can you please recheck and confirm if you still see the missed runs? Were there any changes to logic app flow? You can review the versions to verify the same.
In case if there are still any missed runs that still didn't show in the trigger history once you have verified that there were no changes to the flow after reviewing the version under Development Tools of your consumption logic app then this would need to troubleshoot further from backend to verify what was happening during that time that causes the missed runs.

I just checked but the issue still persists, however, this time the Logic App didn't run on Saturday December 24th.
This was a new logic App I made and the change on December 19th was an attempt to fix it by re-saving it:
