Azure DevOps - Test execution limitation

Hi,

We are experiencing multiple issues using a manual testing module in DevOps.

We have created a number of distinct Test Plans Group and Test Suite by function. We have the following needs where DevOps fails to provide any solution. Appreciate if we can have a solution. (Past experience with Microfocus ALM tool had below flexibility).

1) We can't get a consolidated figure across 14 Test Plans into numbers of Passed, Failed, N/A, Blocked, Pause, No Run.

2) During execution, if a tester want to mark N/A to a step inside a test script, it's not possible

3) Do not have the ability to extract executed test cases into an excel sheet to do analysis with customized criteria.

4) Can't get a report for progression of test execution in last few days/weeks etc. The report should show number of tests moved across multiple status.

5) Still don't understand how DevOps mark certain tests status to "In-progress".
