HTML Codes are displaying in my Outside emails on Exchange 2013 on premises?

I am getting many Outside emails, all my emails show HTML codes in the body content. Identical mail was viewed in all email apps getting the same issue. So no problem with Outlook, need to check on the Exchange server side can anyone faced this issue and have a fix means kindly share it here.
Sample screen attached here.
We are using Exchange on-premises Server 2013 and client Outlook, apple mail, Samsung email and OWA.

By this, do you mean it affects all external emails you received, right? How about internal mails sent from users in the same organization as you?
Does this only occur to you while the others in your organization have no issue viewing outside emails?Besides, assuming you are the Exchange admin of your org, I'd suggest trying to configure pipeline tracing to capture copies of email messages as they move through the transport pipeline for further investigation. Could you check which CU build of Exchange 2013 do you have? You can run the command below to view the build number:
Get-Command Exsetup.exe | ForEach {$_.FileVersionInfo}The latest version is Exchange Server 2013 CU23 according to this link. If you are a couple of CUs behind, I'd recommend applying the latest CU to make sure we are not troubleshooting an issue that has already been solved.
