I was unable to complete my challenge for a free certification exam. Are there any other challenges planned for the future?

You have already completed some of the modules required for the DevOps Engineer Challenge of 30 Days to Learn It, so I think your best bet would be to start that challenge and see if you can finish it before the deadline. The discount is 50% instead of 100%, but that's still a significant savings. Below link should take you to the DevOps Engineer Challenge page so you can click button to Begin.

additional to Patricks' answer... normally Microsoft schedules such challenges in line with big conferences like Ignite or Build... so I would expect the next challenge to happen during Build which might be in June 2023... but maybe there will be another challenge before... 2021 was also an Ignite spring version in March... but there is actually no date published for this event, but an autumn Ignite 2023...
So watch out for some news... Microsoft will announce such challenges through a dev and/or Azure newsletter.
