"This app cannot be found" after adding teams application

272393-manifest.txtI recently published my teams application to my organization and got it approved. I can see it in "built for your org" but when I click on it I see this:

My teams application is a bot (azure bot) so the only app feature it has is this:

Somehow I can't click in all three scopes because then I get an error (bots[0].scopes | Array item count 4 exceeds maximum count of 3.) but is there something else I must do or add for it to work? I of course added all the neccessary information in "Basic information" but I left the permissions empty because I wasn't sure how much it needed there as it go through the azure bot.

Edit: Have update with the manifest as well.

Turn off teams app completely and start teams again.

There seems to be an issue with authentication. As always.

Same here - this must be annoying for the app developer, since we've decided to trial their app in Teams, given it permission to run, and then get an "App can't be found" error.
