MS Azure How can i open 25 Port

Question

We are Partner of MS. and I have $150 credit for monthly in my Azure Portal. And I want to try hybrid exchange scenario but in the Azure 25 port doesn't open. How can i open that port for my self development?

Port 25 is now blocked on these subscription types - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-network/troubleshoot-outbound-smtp-connectivity

You will have to use an SMTP relay service as Microsoft will not open this port.
