I'm getting this error while trying to deploy the cube to SSAS

Error 8 Internal error: An unexpected error occurred (file 'pfshcollation.cpp', line 323, function 'PFCollation::Init'). 0 0

what can i do to solve this ?

First, if you don't have the latest SP installed, you can try to install the latest (SP)SP4:
