Forwarded JMRP emails are all blank now

Howdy. We've been using Microsoft SNDS and JMRP for many years. Historically, when we receive a spam report, it's emailed to the address defined in JMRP and it includes an attachment of the newsletter we sent that someone has flagged.

Earlier this year, we moved our mail sending over to SendGrid. And for a couple of months, everything still worked as expected. But as of a month or two ago, any spam messages forwarded to us from Microsoft-related mail services (like MSN, Hotmail, Live, Outlook, etc) are all blank. So now we have no visual record of the newsletter's content that made someone treat it as spam.

Forwarded reports from other domains (Yahoo, for example), still contain the entire newsletter in the attachment (they aren't blank).

Has anyone experienced this? Or do your forwarded JMRP spam reports still show the full email in the attachment?

P.S. When filling out this form there are no tags related "JMRP" or "SNDS". I had to pick a random tag for it to let me post.

    In addition, according to my search, Smart Network Data Services (SNDS) and the Junk Mail Reporting Program (JMRP) are two services Outlook.com provides for email senders to receive feedback on their mail.
