How to update item limit in every list/library view in the farm

Question

We have a customer who has a number of sites all with lists/libraries and different list views all with the default item limit. We need to iterate through every list view and change the item limit. We dont nned to change the default 5000 threshold limit but they do want the item limit in the view changed from 30 to 3000 for example

You can store up to 30 million items or files in a list or library. Filtered views of large lists have a similar experience to other lists. However, when a list view shows more than 5000 items, you may run into a list view threshold error.
