Saw this error below in my Server manager. What I've done so far is-> Open Component Services. Got oStart --> Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Components Services. Expand the Component Services branch then expand Computers, My Computer and DCOM Config. My question would be what steps would be next to rectify the issue once in the Component Services Administrative Tool?

ID - 10016 Microsoft Windows DistributedCOM

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}
and APPID
{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}
to the user LINGUALISTEK\tking SID (S-1-5-21-1292428093-1580436667-1343024091-23217) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

    Hello there,

    These 10016 events are recorded when Microsoft components try to access DCOM components without the required permissions.

    From https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/troubleshoot/windows-client/application-management/event-10016-logged-when-accessing-dcom, Microsoft says:

    "These events can be safely ignored because they do not adversely affect functionality and are by design. This is the recommend action for these events."

    However you can try troubleshooting steps from this similar discussion thread https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/error-event-id-10016-distributedcom/130522d2-beac-4495-980a-65e1e3279901
