Hi,
I have a bad issue with Azure portal access with my account.
Until today afternoon I was able to access to my azure portal with my account but cold turkey it stopped.
I was publishing my server app on Azure when an error said me that was not possible to complete operation (without details).
I tried to access to azure portal and proved that need an access code receveid on my old phone number connected with microsoft account which is not still active.
I changed phone number but it said me I can't access portal until 30 days (required time for apply change).
How can fix this? I need to access and publish my app.

Sorry I have vs in italian lang yet, so I'm going to translate it
"An error occurs during publishing and was not possible determine reasons. For more info see log output" (log doesn't say nothing relevant)
Do you think issue is a consequence of access issue? Because I have also an Azure Function App which publish with no problems

I can answer from myself because I tried to remove some API, publish on Azure and make call with client: it returns 404 as expected, so VisualStudio returns me error but publish anyway.
So the problem still remains on Azure portal access. How solve that before 30 days?

I already tried this solution but still not work.
I tried to login again from Visual Studio and get always same error but in the end authentication was done. In azure portal issue persist

Can you please confirm what azure service (azure web apps, function etc.) you are trying to deploy when you have observed the error. Can you please confirm the visual studio version for which you have observed this issue. Can you check your log output path and if there are any more details on the failure?

2022-12-21T09:19:41.577+00:00 I'm deploying both (AppService and Function) only that, function deploy with no problems whereas AppService returns me error shown in image above.
Supposed I read right path there aren't no error line in log output
Moreover if I read log output in VisualStudio, there isn't any error line about publishing, infact if I edit something and publish, editing are affected on Azure (last output line says "Publish: 1 completed, 0 failed, 0 ignored ) but visual studio UI returns error.
I use VisualStudio 2022 17.3.6

Users with a similar issue, fixed the issue by -I just had to open new profile window, and re enter my credentials, and cancel creating new profile. - jandos - Reference.
To isolate the issue ( if you haven't tried), try this on a different VS version or on different system running VS.Additionally, to receive insights from the targetted audience/SMEs for specific services':

thank you for response.I read your linked solution but my problem is a little bit different. I have same issue in VS but main problem is that I neither can't access to Azure portal because I haven't phone number connected to my old outlook account.
Moreover now I can't neither deploy my app because for strange reasons my service app was stopped.
My situation now is:
- Can't access to azure portal
- Can't deploy my app because 403 is returned
I have to wait until 19th Jenuary to unlock situation (date where my request of phone number change is affect) ? Crazy things...
