    Hi @Jomar Vedad ,
Are other users with permissions facing the same problem?
I found a similar thread for you: https://www.reddit.com/r/MicrosoftTeams/comments/hkfqfk/can_someone_please_guide_me_on_how_to_fix_issues/

Maybe you can try to add OneNote as a tab instead. OneNote offers more features and can be used outside Teams.

@Jomar Vedad What content of the tab did you add? A SharePoint site or Word/Excel file or other?

It only happens on that specific channel but in the other channel's tab, it works just fine.

Do you mean adding the same content into another channel, it could work well?

    Please verify the followings:

    1. If you can open the source link of the tab on browser directly.
    2. If your account and other problematic users have At Least Read permission on the source of the tab.
    3. Have you tried to recreate the tab? If not, please try and let's know the result.

If I misunderstand your meaning, please feel free to reply.

Please check if there are any access control policies which may block the access. You can check that as the article.

Besides, there is an official article about Guest experience in Teams, please check if it helps you.
