The message is requesting that I sign in with my developer program account. How can I find this login id?
My current subscription is a paid Office 365 E3 Developer subscription that I created approximately 2+ years ago : ###@jrdtechnologies###.onmicrosoft.com

-Is there a page in my Subscription (office.com or .microsoft.com or .azure.com) where I can find the exact "developer program account" login id that is required for the Microsoft 365 developer program login?

    Hi @Jason Doyle

I want to help you, but your issue is related to subscriptions and account which is not supported on Q&A forum currently.
    Thanks for your understandings.

We can find back subscription administrator ID on the Developer Program dashboard, but the opposite is not feasible.

This account should be one of Microsoft account, Work account and Visual Studio ID. I personally suggest you try accounts that you can remember.

Besides, on the Sign In box, please try to click "Can't access your account".
