"The server didnot receive the response from an upstream server" when a person other than myself accept the calender request sent through the Microsoft Flow using Create Event(4) action

Question

Hi,

I have developed an application through which calendar request is sent to accept the event.
Once the person clicks on the Accept button, the request appears in the persons calendar.

But the flow is happening fine when I Accept the request as I have developed the flow and the O365 Outlook connection is connected through my credentials.

When others Accept the request they are getting the below error:
