Integrate an Information reference in a sharepoint formular

Hello,

is it possible to add a hyperlink as an information reference in a sharepoint form?
Does this work in the form of a column which has a constant link stored?
The use of JSON should be avoided here, because not every employee gets the same layout displayed.
