User Permissions

Hello all,
We created a site in SharePoint and added users to the site. We want users to Edit & Upload documents/files in the document library of specific pages in the site but while giving the edit permission they are able to customize Web Part Pages in document libraries. The Problem is we don't want users to have access to customize the web part pages. Is there any solution to this?

Create a group for them that only has Contribute or Edit permissions. Or have a look at this Microsoft support page.
