Temporary stop all Azure costs & Services without deleting

I was wondering it it was possible to temporary stop all Azure costs & services without deleting them?

Hi @Anonymous

It depends mostly on your deployed services. For example, if you just deploy a web app without any storage option, then this might work. But if you, at least, have a service with any kind of storage, then you will have to delete it to stop billing (virtual machine => disk = storage = costs)
