Is there any rule to deliver mail to target recepient and drop to others if the mail was sent to multiple receepients in Exchange 2013?
For example there is user ivanov@test .com who sent mail to: petrov@test .com, sidorov@test .com, support@test .com. Is there any option (transport rule) that will receive mail to support@ only, not to other ones? TY.

Sorry for misunderstanding your meaning, you mean that there are multiple recipients, but the unwanted recipients are deleted automatically when sending emails, and only that one recipient will be shown when the email reaches the specified recipient, right? If so, then it is not possible to do it by mail flow rules, and a similar solution would be the configuration I have shown below, which will show all recipients, but no other users will receive emails except the specified recipient.

No, the rule you presented is incorrect anyway, it should not be applied to "The sender is". The sender may be anyone include external users.
