SharePoint ext sites not connecting to spotfire

We are able connect to SharePoint internal sites to spotfire but not able to connect external sites to Spotfire even though user got full control access and admin access. Please refer attached screenshot.

Getting below error

Below is the link to connect sport fire
https://externalsites.xx.yy.com/sites/extmfg/utac/NPDE/_vti_bin/listdata.svc

Error Message : data source does not exist or does not found error

Please suggest what needs to be done.

Hi, @sns ,

Does the service URL work directly when you put it in browser? According to the error message, the URL simply does not get recognized. And it seems to be an issue more related to spotfire. You may contact with them and do some investigation against it.

yes, it is working in the browser.
What exactly I need to address spotfire team to check from their end?
is there any spotfire contact support team details?

Hi, @sns ,

If the endpoint works fine, you would better to tell the spotfire team what you are experiencing now (trying to create an OData connection to a SharePoint endpoint and not get recognized). As it is out of the scope of this forum, I am not able to provide more help about it. There shall be contact information in their homepage.

According to the screenshot, everything works fine in SharePoint. We are getting data properly from the endpoint. Have a try to contact spotfire.
