QnA Maker Runtime Error

I tried to access the knowlege bases in my QnA Maker, but got error "QnA Maker Runtime Error - Runtime error".
I have found posts where people suggest to delete and recreate the kb, but as of now, QnA Maker is being depreciated and we cannot create new KB anymore.

romungi-MSFT 49,096 Reputation points Microsoft Employee Moderator2022-12-22T05:37:38.43+00:00 @Zheng, Sushan You could try to restart the app service corresponding to your QnAMaker resource and check if this resolves the issue.
In the Azure portal search for your QnAMaker resource name and this should also list its app service and search service. Click on the app service and hit the restart button on the app service overview page.
After the restart try to use the KB again and check if you are able to access the same. If the error persists, then you can raise a support case from Azure portal to have the service team check the same. Thanks!!

2022-12-22T15:52:21.457+00:00 @romungi-MSFT thank you for your response. I had tried stop and restarting the QnAMaker app service a few time, and had also tried the "Refresh" button. It still didn't work.
As you suggested, I am trying to raise a support case from Azure Portal. How exactly can I open a case? I tried to navigate from the hamburger menu on the Azure Portal, then "Help + Support", then the only option is really to ask a Genie, which is a bot. Thank you.
