Hyper V 2022 not passing network test upon Network validation

I have attempting to set up a 3 2022 server cluster for Hyper V and I have not gotten it to pass validation. I first tried setting up a SET team but that would not work since the switches have an MLAG between them so switch independent will not work. These switches also dont do 10 GB so I had to put NIM's in that do 5GB, but those NIC's don't support RDMA, quite the pickle I find myself in. So, I set it up like I used to set up the 2012 cluster.

1GB ethernet Adapter being used for Host MGMT IP is

Host01: 10.170.1.31
Host02: 10.170.1.32
Host03: 10.170.1.33

5 GB NICS are teamed using Dynamic LACP and VMSwitch Team IP is:

Host01: 10.100.1.30
Host01: 10.100.1.31
Host01: 10.100.1.32

Each server has a two port 10 GB Melonox connection that is going to be used for the ISCSI connection.

Seams pretty straight forward, host uses the 1GB connection. Use the team for the Virtual Switch and connect all VM's to that switch. But Ican not seem to get teh cluster to pass validation. Below is all I get.

Network interfaces HOST-01.xxxxxxxx.com - VMSwitch and HOST-03.xxxxxxxx.com - VMSwitch are on the same cluster network, yet address 10.100.1.32 is not reachable from 10.100.1.30 using UDP on port 3343.
Network interfaces HOST-01.xxxxxxxx.com - VMSwitch and HOST-02.xxxxxxxxcom - VMSwitch are on the same cluster network, yet address 10.100.1.31 is not reachable from 10.100.1.30 using UDP on port 3343.
Network interfaces HOST-02.xxxxxxxx.com - VMSwitch and HOST-03.xxxxxxxx.com - VMSwitch are on the same cluster network, yet address 10.100.1.32 is not reachable from 10.100.1.31 using UDP on port 3343.
