Hi RisingFlight-7863,
You may need to Repair your OS. Repair task can repair corrupted system files of OS. Advantage of this is that it prevent your current files, settings, applications etc. You need a Windows Server 2019 ISO for it. Insert the installation media DVD and reboot the server, press any key to boot from DVD, (if it do not boot from DVD then you need to adjust BIOS setting to set DVD as first boot device), you may need to select language and some other options and click Next, here you get option for "Repair your computer", and proceed here.(At this stage make sure you do not select "Install now" option as it may perform full system installation, so use "Repair your computer" option only) You can select a system backup using which you can select a backup to restore OS to a state when backup was generated.
Note : make sure you have backup of your data before making any changes/repair. Its always important to keep remote backup of server.
