Media Topology error in Windows 10 OS 2004 verison

Hi,

We have developed a streaming and video recording application using MediaTopology. It works fine with Windows 8.1 OS and Windows 10 OS ( except 2004 version ).

Error code: 0xc00d5214

What could be the possible reason for this issue that particularly appears in Windows 10 2004 update.

Is there any work around?

Suggestions are welcome..!

Hi, @Kirubakaran K 0xc00d5214 is MF_E_TOPO_UNSUPPORTED error, which means "Unsupported operations in topoloader". In which method did you get this error?

@Kirubakaran K , Does any other method of IMFMediaEvent works, and would you mind sharing the details about this event? Can you reproduce this issue using ProtectedPlayback sample on Windows version 2004? If not, a code sample which can reproduce this issue is helpful to troubleshoot it.
