    Hi @Pradeep Mishra ,
How did you upload the folder?
I have tested both ways in my environment, there is no problem.

    1. drag and drop
    2. Upload-->Folder , and choose the folder you want to upload.

    Hi @Pradeep Mishra ,
According to your description, your folder is located in OneDrive for Business, then you can try to move the folder directly.
Select the folder you want to upload, right click, and select copy to/move to. Then select the destination folder to copy/move and click copy here/move here.
