@Sandip Tawade Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, I have checked the settings in intune. Currently, there is no setting that can allow cellular data always on.

Please understand that what intune can do to android device is based on what android MDM provided. It is suggested to contact Android MDM support to confirm if there is such feature provided. Then intune will have a chance to add this feature.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Hello @Sandip Tawade ,

Yes, you can set the cellular data to always be on for Android devices in Intune. To do this, you will need to create a configuration policy in Intune and set the "Allow cellular data always on" setting to "Yes".

To create a configuration policy in Intune:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center.
    2. Go to Devices > Configuration profiles.
    3. Click Create profile.
    4. Select Android as the platform.
    5. Select Device owner from the Profile type drop-down menu.
    6. Enter a name and a description for the profile.
    7. Under Device restrictions, go to the Network section.
    8. Set the "Allow cellular data always on" setting to "Yes".
    9. Save the configuration profile.

After creating the configuration profile, you will need to assign it to the relevant Android devices. To do this:

    1. Go to Devices > Configuration profiles.
    2. Select the configuration profile that you created.
    3. Click Assign.
    4. Select the Android devices that you want to assign the configuration profile to.
    5. Click Save.

Once the configuration profile has been applied to the Android devices, the cellular data will always be on for those devices.

Please note that this may result in increased data usage and potentially higher data charges for your organization.

    Good luck!
