AD Connect - Staging-error

Hi

I have two AD connect servers running on windows 2012 r2 AD connect v1.1.119.0 (One in staged mode). I decided to migrate them to new servers. So I can have a newer OS and upgrade AD Connect to the latest version. 1.5.45.0

I installed AD Connect on the new servers and enabled Stage mode on both new servers. When I run a Full Import (either AD or AAD), I get 5000 errors saying Staging-error and then the job stops. There is an event 6301 for every error:

The server encountered an unexpected error in the synchronization engine:

Azure AD Sync 1.5.45.0"

Anyone can help me? I checked AV, FW and we found nothing. The funny thing is that both new AD Connect servers throw errors on almost the same objects.

The BD is local, just a normal installation.
