Okay so I've been trying to install this for like a week now. The drivers are missing initially. I scanned it multiple times, have restarted multiple times, plugged into both usb 2.0 and 3.0 and did neither work. When I clicked browse like the image below, I see the the usb I've plugged in so I clicked okay. It keeps showing that message no matter how many times I try to do it. I've so tired to doing this now, someone please have an answer. FYI, I'm on windows 11 trying to downgrade it to windows 10 because of bugs so I decided to clean install it. 273412-img-9169.jpg

You have to point the setup to the actual folder containing the driver, not the drive it is contained on. In most cases you downloaded the driver as a ZIP and then extracted it somewhere. That extracted copy was likely in a folder related to the ZIP filename. You then copied the folder to the USB drive. In the setup UI, expand the folders on the USB drive and select the folder that actually contains the driver. It should have at least a .INF file in it where the driver metadata resides.

If it still doesn't work then please post the contents of the USB drive.

To move from Windows 11 to Windows 10 after the 10 day default or modified 60 day default period a clean install is required.

These are steps and tutorials for a clean install Windows 10:

    1) Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB)

    2) On a working Windows computer create a bootable Windows Media Creation Tool (MCT) (Windows 10 iso)

    3) Move the flash drive to the applicable port on the problematic computer

    4) Boot to the flash drive:

    5) Delete all partitions creating an unallocated disk drive

    6) Perform a clean install allowing the Windows MCT / iso to create the default partitions

    7) Install drivers displayed on the computer, motherboard, or component manufacturer websites

    8) Reinstall important files as needed

    9) Make free backup images and save the images to another disk drive or the cloud
