Hi,

We have deployed Virtual Desktops for employee access.
Unfortunately, multi monitor is not working after enabling the settings from Azure.

On the client app, there are no multi display settings available.

Here's a screenshot:

Hopefully, someone here has managed to make multi display work on Azure VD.

Cheers!

    Hi,

You need to use the Windows Desktop client instead of the Microsoft Store client to connect to AVD for multi-monitor to work. Please download and install Windows Desktop AVD client and test again. Below page has documentation and download links:

Connect to Azure Virtual Desktop with the Remote Desktop client for Windows

    Thanks.

    Hello,

There are a few things you can try if you are having issues with multi-monitor support in your virtual desktop environment:

    1. Make sure that the client device you are using to access the virtual desktop has multiple displays connected and configured properly.
    2. Make sure that the virtual desktop image you are using has been configured to support multiple displays. This may involve installing the necessary drivers and making sure that the appropriate settings are configured in the operating system of the virtual desktop.
    3. Check the settings in the Azure portal to ensure that multi-monitor support is enabled for your virtual desktop deployment.
    4. If you are using a client app to access the virtual desktop, make sure that the app is configured to support multiple displays. Some client apps may have settings that allow you to enable or disable multi-monitor support.
    5. If you are still having issues, you may want to try troubleshooting the issue by checking the logs or event viewer on the client device or the virtual desktop. This can help you identify any errors or issues that may be causing the problem.
