SCOM 2016 Web Console 500 - Internal server error

Hello Team,

Suddenly Web Console stopped working outside the servers and getting the below error.

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

I'm able to access the Web Console within the servers but outside its throwing error. Please help.
