Error to create Excel file after extract invoice data on AI Builder

I want to create a automatically excel file after extract invoice data with AI Builder - Power Automate, but the process is stopped.
Error detail:
The execution of template action 'Apply_to_each_3' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@{outputs('Extract_information_from_invoices')?['body/responsev2/predictionOutput/result/items']}@{outputs('Extract_information_from_invoices')?['body/responsev2/predictionOutput/result/fields']}@{items('Apply_to_each_4')?['fields/productCode']}' is of type 'String'. The result must be a valid array.
