App Service - problem with connection to FTP

I have more app services, in deployment center I can use SFTP connection without problems. But I have one app service environment and I am not able to make connection to FTP for app services there, for example: ftps://waws-prod-fra-39ca606e.ftp.p.azurewebsites.windows.net/site/wwwroot
You can try it, server does not response, what is wrong? Thank you
