anywhere access to your server is blocked

While repairing anywhere access getting error "Anywhere access to your server is blocked".
Please check inbound connectivity on port 443 and 80

I have checked port 443 and 80 are open.

Where have you checked that these ports are open? Windows Firewall or your ISP/router settings?

windows firewall is disabled.
I ran Test-NetConnection -port 80, Test-NetConnection -port 443 on powershell
For both the output came as true.
I am able to connect to localhost
