how to gain delegated access for postoman

Hi,
I am trying to use postman to gain delegated access to graph api.
This is what I am getting:

but I have asigned and granted permissions:

    Hi @Iria Poncela Blanco

    If you want to gain delegated access to the graph API, then you should grant delegated permissions instead of application-only permissions.
