Microsoft Teams Audio resident in Audio MIDI Setup

An audio application, Amadeus Pro Version 2.8.9 (2620) running on my iMac (Ventura 13.0.1) can no longer locate my turntable. That slot went missing and has been apparently replaced by “Microsoft Teams Audio.” I went to my Mac’s Utility app, “Audio MIDI Setup” and found Microsoft Teams Audio (MTA) resident there. I have tried everywhere and cannot remove MTA from the setup. I tried starting MTA and using Force Quit and of course rebooting everything several times. I checked all the wiring for my system, which used hundreds of times in the past, and everything looks fine.

Twice before I encountered the same problem and both times the MTA presence went away on its own, but not this time. I contacted the maker and programmer for Amadeus Pro; he was very helpful, but seemed assured that the problem was with IOS. I got a similar response from Apple, who assured me that the problem came from Amadeus. So here I am.

Hence: I suspect that MTA is the problem. Does anyone know how to kill (remove) MTA (Microsoft Teams Audio) from residence on my Mac?

And Thanks!
