Hi MohammadAfzali-7367,
We would recommend you to please run ‘CHKDSK’ scan followed by a ‘SFC Scan’ and then restart your machine.
• Press the Window key and type ‘cmd’ and when ‘cmd’ (command prompt) appears, perform a right click on it and click on run as administrator and when it is open type CHKDSK /f and hit
enter.
Then it will ask you to type Y/N, then type ‘Y’ and hit enter and restart your machine.
• After the machine is restarted open ‘cmd’ again and run as an administrator and type ‘sfc /scannow’ and hit enter. Once the sfc scan is completed, restart the machine again.
Note: If you have installed any third party security software in the machine, it may create problem for other inbuilt tools for the machine, please be advised that Windows security is enough for your machine.
Please update with your finding!
Regards
CK
