odoo.com reset password email not showing up on 365 shared Email account.

Hi Everyone,

My company created an account on odoo.com with 365 shared email account. one year later we don't have the access to odoo account. when we click reset password on odoo.com no emails are received on the shared email account.

Kindly help.
