DSREG commandline tool pop up issue

Since some time now I receive this pop up window advising me to sign into a work or school account. I have tried to sign in with my windows live id however its stating that i cannot sign in with a personal email. i believe that this might be related to my employer from 2 years ago during covid since i used my computer from home
