Reached the maximum number of synapse workspaces

When trying to create a Synapse workspace I receive the error below. I already requested support to increase quotas and they have already increased but I still can't upload any synapse workspace

Could you please confirm current workspace count limit & used for the region which you are trying to create Synapse workspace?

You can get the limit as shown below:

As per the above screenshot, you still have 37 workspaces can be created in the East US region.

This issue looks strange. For a deeper investigation and immediate assistance on this issue, if you have a support plan you may file a support ticket
