One important thing you omitted was the measure definition, but, judging by partial substring matches in the names of the objects you did provide, this is just that M2M in action.
cube don't sum measure in ssas
Good afternoon.
When I filter by dimension “nm sector” brings me the values of each sector, but when I remove this attribute the cube does not perform the sum.

A common cube design failure, there is no relation between cube dimension and the measuregroup defined and so you get for everything the same measure figures.
Open cube design, tab "Dimension Relationships" and define the relation. -
